Anybody got any ideas on how to set the low end (idle) mixture on A Webra 60 with a pre TN-II carb?

What kind of carb is it? If it's the standard two needle carb, you'll set it the same way as the current carb. Set the high side a few clicks rich of peak RPM, then adjust the low end to achieve good throttle transition.
