I got the Mojo 40 as a christmas present from my son ( i think he wants to fly it by himself) and i am builing it right now. I am not familiar with 3d flying but want to learn it. Now i am reading the forums and i can't decide about the motorisation. I have an OS 46 LA ( the blue one) and i am getting the idea that the power will not be enough for this plane, so i am thinking about buying an OS 55 AX. I already have one on a Sig Somethin' extra and want to leave it there. Can You give me some tips on the motor / props I am not an very good flyer but want to have the setup right. My son on the other hand is a very good pilot : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCsLiS-7pN4Best regards, Marc Holland

The OS 55 AX is an excellent choice. The 46 LA would fly it, but would be a little lack luster in the 3d department.

Thank you for your quick answer, but niw i am interested in saito 4 takt( stroke ) because of the power and espacially the sound. What would you do if you had the choice between a Saito 72 and an Saito 82. I also see a lot of planes with YS engines, is this even a better choice??

Well... If I had to choose... I'd chuck 'em both and buy a Webra .50.. :D except Webra's now out of business, so that doesn't work anymore... I had an 82 that I had nothing but vibration issues from, so I'd go with the 72. Not a big fan of YS motors.

Hi Just rec'd a Mojo 40 Kit to build. Want to put a OS 91 4C engine in it. Is this too much engine because of size, weight or vibration?

Hi p61,
The OS 91 is really too heavy to fly well on the Mojo 40. You really want to be in the 16 oz range for power plant on this bird.

Today and tomorrow only (sale ends 01-Dec-2011) --> $124.99 delivered. I bought one so now I'll have a 40 to keep my MoJo 25 company. Paul, look for another order coming soon! Woo hoo!
